Replit, Bubble, Webflow → real infrastructure

No-Code → Cloud Migration

You shipped fast on Replit, Bubble, Webflow, Lovable, or v0 — and now you've hit the ceiling. Performance, security, custom logic, vendor lock-in, scaling cost. We move you to real infrastructure: Next.js / Python on AWS or GCP, with proper auth, databases, CI/CD and observability. The product keeps shipping the whole time.

What we deliver

Concrete outputs — not vibes.

Every engagement ends with artifacts you own — running code, infrastructure, and the documentation to keep building on it.

01

Migration plan

Mapped feature-by-feature: what to port, what to rewrite, what to drop.

02

Reference architecture

Cloud-native replacement: frontend, backend, database, auth, CI/CD.

03

Ported codebase

Working app in your own repo, in your cloud, behind your domain.

04

Data migration

Every record from the old platform moved over, validated against checksums.

05

Cutover plan

DNS, caches, integrations — switched without downtime.

06

Cost & scaling plan

What it costs to run at 10× and 100× current traffic.

How we work

From brief to production.

A tight, repeatable path. You always know what's happening and what comes next.

Audit the source app

What's there, what's actually used, what's coupled to the platform vs. portable.

Plan & cost

Architecture for the destination, cost model, timeline, risk register.

Port & rewrite

Frontend and backend rebuilt in real code. UX preserved unless we agree to improve it.

Migrate data

Backfill, run parallel, reconcile records.

Cutover

DNS swap, monitor, decommission the source platform on a planned date.

The tools we typically reach for.

Not prescriptions — we adapt to what you already run. Worth knowing what we’re fluent in.

FAQ

Questions about No-Code → Cloud Migration

  • Frontend gets rebuilt as Next.js, backend as Python or Node, database moves to RDS Postgres, auth to Cognito or a managed identity provider. CI/CD via GitHub Actions, observability via CloudWatch or Datadog. Domain swap and you're off Replit.

  • If you're hitting cost, performance, customization or compliance walls, yes. Bubble is great early, painful past a certain point. We've done 5+ Bubble migrations; happy to share the playbook.

  • Most of the time the marketing site stays on the no-code tool — that's what they're good at. The app moves. We rebuild only the app.

  • No. We run parallel and DNS-switch. Worst case is a few minutes of read-only during cutover, planned in advance.

  • 4–8 weeks depending on app complexity. A Bubble SaaS with auth, billing and 30 screens lands around 6 weeks.

  • Yes — that's a common follow-up. Zapier is fine for the first 50 runs/day; expensive and fragile past that. We move the logic into proper code.

  • Same approach. We treat them as a high-fidelity prototype and rebuild them properly — see also AI Slop Cleanup if the code is salvageable.
